Bruchim Habaim was born from a personal journey. After traveling to Israel in the wake of October 7th, our founder began the Aliyah process — the life-changing decision to make Israel home. What should have been an exciting chapter quickly became overwhelming when it came to understanding the Israeli real estate market.
The reality was stark: there was no single place that consolidated reliable information about the Israeli real estate market specifically for people looking to move to Israel or invest from an international perspective. Data was scattered across government databases in Hebrew, local listing sites designed for Israeli residents, and fragmented forums with anecdotal advice. For someone navigating a new country, a new language, and a complex market, the experience was unnecessarily difficult.
That gap inspired Bruchim Habaim — Hebrew for "Welcome."
